A Morale Booster For Jelgate

You ever have that sense of pride when something just clicks?  Where you try for days and for days to understand something and  in that cluster of neurons you call a brain just finds out the solution. And when you see the solution it is just so obvious for you. Well that happened to me the other week in my Genetics course

Yes; it's why I like research. I cackle a lot at work.

That seems quite disturbing to me. Cackle seems like something an evil person would do. I wonder if Rush cackles?

It does disturb people, yes. But not as much as jumping up in down, turning in a circle, and clamping my hands while squealing situation-relevant self-congratulations. That really scares people.

I doubt Rush cackles, but I think he'd be happier if he did.

It's why I loved studying, and why I love teaching. Seeing that look in a student's eye when they get something is priceless, so I can pretty well guarantee that your professor and tutor will be as proud as you. :) Well done. :)

I never my tutor. She has her own classes to worry about I doubt she would care. Actually on my test my professor wrote a little comment on the test because of how much I had came in asking about lac operons. Again ignore the jargon

I absolutely know what you mean about loving it when something goes click. Many's the time I sit in math and science classes, smirking to myself just 'cuz it all makes sense.

This is probably cruel to me but in high school I spent half the classes taking naps because I knew and finished the work before others

Seriously, though, that is pretty cool--assuming you got good grades, 'o course. You must have had a lot of classmates hate your guts. :P
