Something pretty! Looking at pretty pictures is a nice idea. I am actually feeling cheered by the memory of finding two little cuties in bed together this morning. Awwww.
What does HHGTG stand for again? I think this is brilliant. I can quilt and listen to something funny!
TREAT MEAL. Maybe tomorrow. Not going to buy food today. I did a little treat meal last night with fried rice and cookies and frangelico for dessert with my friend.
I read angsty stuff and then watch something light and fluffy and something I've seen before - Love, Actually comes to mind. And eat chocolate.
If it persists, I look for reasons for it and if there are no reasons, and it's been months, I talk to my doctor about it. Because sometimes depression is caused by chemical imbalances and has nothing to do with circumstances or life choices or being weak.
Oh, Love, Actually is such a fun movie! Mmm, chocolate. Good plan. Chocolate is on the agenda for later.
Hee hee. I love that fic. I actually podficc'ed it a few weeks ago, I loved it so much. If you run across anything similarly hilarious, let me know because it was a hoot to record and I'd love to do something like that again.

To feel good again? - Eat! I know - totally the wrong thing but yeah... So that's not a solution I recommend.
Another thing I do which won't help you either - totally dwell in my mistery. Watch a sad movie or hear a sad song and then have a good cry. Usually I feel better afterwards.
So why - when it's no solutionen for you - did I tell you? Because I just wanted to say that sometimes you have phases like these. They suck!
I do think I go through phases, but I am having a hard time understanding why I'm so stressed right now. I think I just have to think about ways to reduce my perception of stress.
