Hm, yes, I will do a little exercise.

Something pretty! Looking at pretty pictures is a nice idea. I am actually feeling cheered by the memory of finding two little cuties in bed together this morning. Awwww.

What does HHGTG stand for again? I think this is brilliant. I can quilt and listen to something funny!

TREAT MEAL. Maybe tomorrow. Not going to buy food today. I did a little treat meal last night with fried rice and cookies and frangelico for dessert with my friend.

I second all of these! Exercise is the thing that really helps me. Also a change of scenery or going to a movie- can you get out of the house today? Go for a walk? Although our weather isn't helping today.

LOL. I talked to dh and that seemed to have cheered me up a bit, plus, I was out this morning.

Actually, the sun is now shining. Life seems much better. I hate that I'm so sensitive to the sun!

I got out of the house to go get new reading classes and allergy shots. Does that count? I had a really lovely chat with a lady at the allergist's who was encouraging me to sell some of my little quilts at her Christmas house show.

I will be walking to get the kids later. Maybe I should leave a little early (if I get other stuff done) to take advantage. Nice weather now!
