I must say I kind of like the ammonite idea, I can't wait to see how you can make that one work! The squids are awesome but this background is kind of warm and dry like summer, and not much like the sea/water/cold theme I'd normally associate with those motifs.

Well, I was thinking of doing the ammonite in a bright blue even though that's not really traditional.

This is a pretty cool ammonite.

I was just thinking a black squid on that background would be a nice contrast:D

How about a volcano with lava going to the sea?

I like this idea, about the volcano, except that bottom stripe is purple, not blue...

The ammonite is going to be a real stretch, if I can manage it, but apparently, I'm all about challenges these days.

The bottom stripe is actually purple.
