I follow Brian Cox there and I just started following Andrea Cello (who was one of the RI Advent vids) and I've got that guy from the Hayden Planetarium too.
I wonder how many beanies Alex does have? He seems to wear a different colour every time! (matching his jumper too)
good luck with the quilting (some of this pictures are gorgeous), and WW. I did it years and years ago with a friend, and both of were amazed at how well we actually ate!) I still use some of the recipes though
For me it was cutting out cheese! I think in winter we had lots of soups for lunch, or a salad roll (not cheese of course!) I do their chilli con carne quite a bit, and their singapore noodles. It is more about portion size than anything else though!
Carbs are the worst though! Man, wheat is bad. So many points for wheat.
I don't eat *that* much cheese. Still eating it now.
But yes, portion size. Did you manage to keep the weight off? I had lost a lot of weight before I had kids and then never managed to lose it all again.
It's normal that in the first week (sometimes the first two weeks) you eat not enough when starting with WW. When you're a bit more used to the program it will come automatically that you're less hungry and use the points in a way which suits your needs. But if you have questions, go ahead and ask. The point system is a bit different in Germany but the basics are the same.
Thanks for the offer, bb. alba17 is on WW right now (I think she started in October) and I have another friend who started a year ago. They are both local to me and in my time zone, so I'm good.
How do you know the points are different there? The points are hard to understand and a pain. I'm doing MUCH better today.
Because I talked with my coach about it. Supossedly there are things in the US you have to count into the points we don't have to count - like some greens and fruits. Besides that you have other brands. So I guess most of it will differ a little.
No, haven't watched the ep yet here in OZ. But I never worry about spoilers - if you do that with the time differences, you'll miss all the fun. I think people who worry about them too much are too pedantic.
Oh, I try not to know anything about eps ahead of time because I can watch an hour or so later, usually. I watched the first three seasons completely on my own and loved that. I got spoiled for some of the eps in S4 and didn't like that. I had quit watching trailers, but I am back to that now.
I really do enjoy watching eps going into them blind better than if I know something.

Common occurrences is where they both are located.
Northern lights especially fascinate me, too and that would make an AWESOME quilt!

Thanks! I just want to be inspired at the moment. Not sure where it will go.
I'm not feeling like I'm eating well at the moment, but I think I have to overcome my aversion to fruit and all will be well.
Any recipes you'd like to share?
For me, it seems to be more about portion size than *what* I'm eating.
