DH went to work this morning. I made him take the car in case he started to feel worse, but I'm hoping for the best here.  This means I've got about 4 hours to myself.  Yay for being in a quiet house alone before I have to be here with three other people. Good grief, I'm a selfish bitch.

Today I'm costing up making a giant replica of Stone Henge out of eco friendly polystyrene, doing CAD drawings of a map of the world during the last ice age to be rendered in ruberised foam, and working out how much extra air conditioning will be needed to ensure people don't succumb to heat exhaustion while standing next to an 80 metre long light-based art installation. Does any of that count as craft..?

I'm not having fun yet - it's all very stressful. Have a meeting in the Design Museum though tomorrow, so that should be cool.

Apparently her new single is about him. Whatever, Swifty.

I am writing like a fiend! I already have almost 3k of new words on my MH fic today!

\o/ I am over 9k so far and really, I don't know how long this thing is gonna end up at this point O_O

My initial estimate of 12-13k is looking, um, highly unlikely. It's gonna take at least 15k to finish this puppy!

Yay! Glad to hear things are going well. I didn't realize your list was revealing, but I can understand. Kids are now home until Monday. We have American Thanksgiving tomorrow.

Well, now I'm fretting over him and playing tetris. I need to quit worrying about him and enjoy my last couple hours of freedom.
