DH went to work this morning. I made him take the car in case he started to feel worse, but I'm hoping for the best here.  This means I've got about 4 hours to myself.  Yay for being in a quiet house alone before I have to be here with three other people. Good grief, I'm a selfish bitch.

Today I'm costing up making a giant replica of Stone Henge out of eco friendly polystyrene, doing CAD drawings of a map of the world during the last ice age to be rendered in ruberised foam, and working out how much extra air conditioning will be needed to ensure people don't succumb to heat exhaustion while standing next to an 80 metre long light-based art installation. Does any of that count as craft..?

Basically, bottom line for me is if you think it counts, it counts. I'm not here to try to figure out what "crafting" means:D

ETA: Your icon reminded me that I heard on the radio that Harry Styles and Taylor Swift are dating. I almost burst out laughing when I heard it.

I'm not having fun yet - it's all very stressful. Have a meeting in the Design Museum though tomorrow, so that should be cool.

Apparently her new single is about him. Whatever, Swifty.

Am hoping once I clear all the legacy jobs I'm not really in charge of, things will be better. And a week on Sunday, I get to build a lounge on a helipad on top of a skyscraper, so....

I think it's called Trouble? I heard the rumour she'd written about him and assumed it was Begin Again because it has the line in, 'you throw your head back laughing like a little kid, think it's strange you think I'm funny because he never did,' because that sounds like him, but apparently not.

Oh, yeah. They've picked a really awkward location too - there's no power up there so we're going to have to install that, you have to switch lifts halfway up, and they only allow 15 people up there at a time. Going through the crew list right now to see who has a head for heights.

Do you think it's about him? I'm unconvinced.
