I should be writing. I can't seem to focus, so I'm watching Once Upon a Time and folding laundry. I will sit down and write soon. When the laundry is done.
It's Pod Aware time! Check it out:D
There are so many ways to create podfic and so many ways to listen. We might engage with podfic curled up in bed, in our closet, while commuting or at the

I managed a drabble for CD this morning but despite finally having the apartment to myself, I can't seem to get into my MH fic. Why am I having such a block with this thing?? It's due in 7 days!!!! I have barely started writing it, though I've been thinking about it for weeks now. Arrgg!! This is killing me!
In other news, I signed up for the Reverse BB. Yes, I know, I'm crazy. *sigh*
I ordered pizza to be delivered at lunch time. I am hoping an infusion of disgustingly unhealthy food will inspire me to get creative.

On the plus side, I got out my tearjerker of a CD drabble (as much as an almost 1,300 word story can be a drabble), and am pumped at the possibility of actually writing the next chapter to NBA today. (if my muses wish to agree)
Wish I could say I had as much fun as you guys this weekend, but alas, I had to work both days. \o/ for paychecks! Anyone?

*facepalm* I am so sorry. It never occurred to me that you were looking for comms like this. Ugh. There is also Paperlegends, but that is passed.
LOL! \o/ for paychecks indeed, honey!
MY CD fic was all fluff. Just entirely completely full of fluff.
Ok, I'm going to eat my lasagna and try to squeak some words out now. Right now. really :D

As for dh minding the kids on the evening/weekend, I think he started when DD1 was about 2 and I was going to my quilting group once a month (that was for two hours). The weekend thing hasn't happened that much. Last year I did some quilting classes that took time on a weekend, but it wasn't the whole day, as I recall. I did go to a dance weekend last year and he stayed home with them. Oh, I went to a quilt retreat a few years ago (3 maybe?) and dh stayed home with the kids. I think that was the first time I left them with him over a weekend.
My mom did some babysitting when DD1 was 2 and we've left her with a sitter on a weekly basis since she was 2. DD2 started staying with regular sitter with DD1 when she was maybe 18 months or so? Neighborhood sitting starting when DD2 was 15 months old.
