I had a very busy day, but it feels good at the end:) I went back and forth to school too many times (due to a volunteer obligation and then kids leaving school at different times), but that was ok. I saw my therapist and we had an interesting conversation today about why I beat myself up unnecessarily.

I started to loose weight in september because it was badly necessary and in the end I decided for Weight Watchers because of the fact that I basically could eat what I want. Low carb or no carb at all I can't do because carbs are the things that satifies my hunger:)

The carb thing is very interesting. I feel like I was already eating fairly low carb (and I'm not giving up carbs yet).
DH has experienced less hunger from giving up carbs, but he was already eating lower carb than me, so I think it wasn't so drastic for him to give up carbs. He's read this book on carbs and how insulin works in the body. I don't completely understand it, but he feels it's not good to have insulin running around in your veins (which is what happens when you eat carbs). There are possible long term health issues from having insulin in your system all the time.
Eh. If you are eating in a way that makes sense to you and keeping your weight down, I think it's good.
