I just feel like I have nothing of interest to say. I have seen a therapist twice in the last two weeks and she's been quite helpful in just giving me perspective and giving me tools to manage my stress ( Read more... )

I cannot understand why more people aren't having nightmares about McCain/Palin in office, to be honest. Maybe jillbertini is right; people are afraid of intelligent people. It doesn't make any sense to me.

Your posts about having trouble breathing and seeing a therapist make me think you were having a particularly difficult time. ;) We leave the 22nd. So not for a couple weeks. I am counting the days now, though. It's starting to seem more real. heh

Velcro sneakers = Best Invention Evar. I don't care if my kids can't tie their shoes until they're 18 - there'll always be Velcro!

I've been converted. I'll never buy her another pair of tie shoes again (unless she asks, of course):)

Thanks for the hugs. I didn't think things sounded so bad. I've been doing better, actually. Now that I actually get three mornings a week to myself, I'm almost feeling functional. The therapist said that now that I have that time, I am finally noticing how tired I am. I commented that I may not have chronic fatigue, but I am chronically fatigued.
