Sounds good! How long did you marinate it for?

Do you usually cook separately for the girls? I'm willing to be a short-order cook for breakfast and/or lunch, but for dinner, they eat whatever I make for the family. If they turn up their noses (which Two does from time to time), then that's all they get - as it seems your girls did last night.

My friend said you can marinate from 20 minutes to 2 hours. I did about an hour and a half for most of it and then probably 2 1/2 hours for the rest. I didn't cook it all at once.

I often will drag out some different leftovers for the girls. I try not to short order cook. I think I'm going to try to stop serving them something different. I'm tired of it and something needs to change.
