Jesus the Christ, Jesus our lord, Jesus our savior, Jesus our final hope....amen..."Then they asked him, "What must we do to do the works God requires? Jesus answered, "The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent." John 6:28-29...i believe the disciples did all their best to do the work of God, they preached and taught Christ.

Amen. And thank you for posting this verse from John. While I was studying the early sermons of Acts (Acts 2:14-40, 3:12-26, 4:8-12, 5:29-32), I kept seeing this. In the first sermon, most of the preaching was about the Lord Jesus, but it ended with the command to repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus 'the Anointed One ( ... )
