Wow, what a disturbing dream! I am not a parent but I feel like parents have these kinds of fears constantly, don't they? Every time the kid wants to ride a bike or play a sport, I would be having what-if scripts playing in my head. The fact that I am NOT a parent is the strongest evidence of "intelligent design" we have.
That said, I would like to start a cultural shift so that using others as a pillow is not just for little kids!
Interesting how someone who is several times over an "outsider" has managed to convince himself of his own "purity" or whatever and apparently gets taken seriously.
Yep about the dream, no about those kind of fears, I don't think I could be a parent if I was constantly imagining scenarios like that unravelling before my eyes. The fact you are concerned about that I would say is a positive as a parent! Obviously, I know you have no intention of doing so but still, it's still something of benefit, were you to try.
I'm all for that too! Get this crusade moving!
It is! It's surprising that his one-man-pity-party has gained traction but sometimes scapegoating gets you places.
It surprises me that you wouldn't do well on a test about managerial situations since you seem to be such a people person! Very strange. Congrats on getting the app in and acing the math portion at least!
And I have some weird dreams, but I've never dreamed anything like that. The only time I recall dreaming of anyone dying, it was watching my family get murdered (shot) by robbers, and I was 13-14ish at the time.
What a disturbing dream! I used to have lots of nightmares in my youth, but not one with that sort of theme. It must have been a shock!
Good on the maths test! What were the elements of the managerial test? I’ve never had to do anything like that, but our industry is also somewhat informal in terms of interviews.
I don’t know the personalities you mention here but I can easily picture the scenario. So typical in this day and age.
It was pretty shocking and I am rarely taken aback by dreams...
Maybe nightmares happen more as kids as I can recall having more as a child?
They played you a video clip of a situation and four different things you could opt to do as a reaction to it. You could rate the other options as a decent back up, something that would make no difference or something to make the situation worse...

Shit. That must have stuck with you for you to remember it so long into the future? I hope it's not a recurring dream.
