I get the explanation of the thing with the astronauts' eyeballs, but whodathunkit? And this couldn't have been found in clinical tests with people living in bed for months. John W. Campbell said, "Progress is finding new ways to die."

The drive that shouldn't work has been getting a pretty careful workout, and they haven't figured out what's wrong yet. I love anomalies. This has stronger legs than the faster than light neutrinos which were always "What have we missed?"

No, fake news is fake.

Key question: Who gets to decide what news is fake and what isn't?

In case you hadn't heard (the mainstream media isn't covering it for obvious reasons) the House just passed H.R. 6393, which could theoretically outlaw supposed fake news sites, with the Federal government getting to define "fake."

The "fake news" problem really doesn't exist. It's about censorship, especially of publications critical of government.

Fox has gone to court to defend lying.
Breitbart promulgates fake news.
Glenn Beck is fake news.
There's a whole ecosystem.

The problem is very real. I don't have any wonderful suggestions, but in the current atmosphere, the censorship on the ground will be anti-fact.

You didn't answer my question, and I'm not going to let it pass:

*Who gets to decide what news is fake, and what isn't?*

Please answer the question that I asked.
