Damn you! I read the fan fics and now I want to know more! Ermm...could you novelize the entire Doctor Who series and submit it to me please?

I don't remember the Who stories in any semblance of order, but "Circular" piques my interest and now I'm curious beyond tolerance! Time-travel is such a complicated tool, and now I want to know the Rose/Who backstory.

Lol! Circular is very much a what-if; it's based on a concept that's going around a certain section of the fandom that asks, "what if the Ninth Doctor knew Rose before he met her for the first time in the first episode?" The idea came about because Nine seems really attached to Rose, so several of us are playing around with the idea of "what-if he met her before?" and this was my contribution.

What do you wanna know? Keep in mind that I'm a new!Who fan, so I don't have much knowledge of the classic series. And, yes. Succomb to the Who! Don't fight it! Mwahahahaha!!!!

Right, I used to watch the odd episode of Doctor Who on KQED on Sci-Fi sundays after they aired their weekly episode of Robotech. I'd catch a story arc or two, I'm addicted to the infamous theme-song, I know the "general" story line and all.

Question: Rose, who is she? How/when did she meet/know the Doctor (complicated question?). It seems that she's known the doctor for 2-3 incarnations so she's a fairly recent character storyline-wise. Hmm...I'm going to have to go back to square 1 and see if I can't get chronological (that being in order when each episode aired) copy of the complete series and see what's up.

And have you heard? I believe the MPAA has slapped Btefnet with a lawsuit or something silly like that. Those bastards are going too far, >

Re: Rose. Lol! Like I said earlier, Circular is very much a what-if, so in the series, she's only known one Doctor, the ninth one, who she meets in the first episode. By next series, she'll have known two Doctors, the ninth and tenth ones, but that's not till the next series.

In the area of DW fandom I'm in, like I explained earlier, we like to play with the concept of what if the Doctor knew Rose before she meets him in the first episode. So in Circular, I'm playing around with that. It's common knowledge in the fandom that Nine's regenerating into Ten next series, so I figured, "What if Rose left Ten for some reason and started travelling on her own? And while travelling, she meets and hooks up with the Eighth Doctor and spends years as his companion, thus explaining why Nine seems to be so very attached to Rose in the series?" That's what I wrote the fic based on. Get it ( ... )
