We have a contract on our house!!! The buyer had a inspection and there was only 4 little BS things he wanted fixed. The buyer wants to close on or before March 28th. So we are busting our asses trying to get the other house fixed up. We have the carpet and tile people lined up. The cabinets are mostly in. However, we are having a hard time

Wow, your old agent sounds like a complete loser. Glad you were able to get a new one - and that you got a contract so quickly afterwards :)
G'luck on getting the other house fixed up... 14 days will fly by quickly. I want pics when it's all done!
