I'm too lazy to make an episode reaction post so I'll keep this short and sweet.

Hahaha! I'm on the fence about Elijah's hair. I like it, but at the same time, he doesn't look like Elijah ( ... )

I'm not so sure about that. Katherine did land her boys in quite a bit of trouble.

And ooooo! at your theory. I had originally thought Alaric killed the boyfriend because that's his MO when courting a new woman now but when Bill was attacked I didn't even think maybe Ric could be doing it for other reasons. That does make sense too. Maybe Mikael's possessing him? It makes zero sense, I know. I'm just throwing it out there because I really just want Mikael to not be dead. He was gone so fast!

And Ric's luck is totally that bad. I don't like what's-her-face and I'm not even going to try to since she'll probably be dead or proven evil or both by season's end.

(I'm not totally against Elijah's hair. It's just so different and kind of weird given the circumstances. It didn't even get shorter when Damon was taking a blow-torch to him last season. Maybe Klaus was just always jealous of his brother's hair and cut it while he was dead-ish.)

Haha! Yes. That's exactly it. Klaus cut Elijah's hair because he was jealous. Makes perfect sense ( ... )

Oh gosh, I know what you mean. I love S/E but my endgame has always been Matt/Elena. The girl is not gonna turn and I think if she ever chose to, I'd lose some respect for her. I disagree about the trouble though, but only in comparison to Katherine. If she'd stayed with them instead of disappearing, I have no doubt they'd have gotten into just as much trouble trying to protect her as they do with Elena. Maybe even more because Katherine would have put them in dangerous positions on purpose to get her way in the end. Regardless, those boys need to move on, preferably to two totally different women. Maybe women who have never met, from opposite sides of the planet, just to be safe ( ... )

Just caught 1912 and remembered the conversation. Looks like I was half right.
