I experiemented this afternoon and evening with a new product.  First batch is crap.  Second batch, different recipe, turned out what I thought was crap, until I turned it into a different product.  Love it!  Third batch turned out extactly like it was supposed to, but lacked the "wow" thing.  Go figure.  Fourth batch turned out like the second ( Read more... )

 My order came yesterday and I got busy on making my bath tea bags.  I spent last evening stamping the bags with flowers and made up a batch and filled a couple of bags for Jim and Gracie to try.  Jim's first comment was that he felt soft.  That was Gracie's comment also.  This morning I completed ten bags for the spa baskets I am doing.  Next up ( Read more... )

We live in the city and the kids go to a rural school 7 miles away.  I always take the secondary roads as apposed to the outer belt because the secondary roads have curves and hills and take you along the river.  We have seen deer, raccoons, hawks, geese, and ground hogs (which are my personal favorite).  Today as we rounded the bend we had to stop ( Read more... )
