Wait. Am I hearing this correctly? You dogged me out for how long about being a Mac user and now you've come to the Dark Side without an announcement?

Is this really happening?

And no, I don't know of any software except HandBrake and MacTheRipper. They all take a long time and kill system resources, so they're best done while you're sleeping.

You're the one who always picked on me about Mac mister. I'm hardly ever on LJ anymore, I did post something about it on FaceBook.

Thanks for the suggestions. How are you?

I am well. And I only picked because it's a superior computing platform. I do suspect that Brian had something to do with your choosing a Mac.

I played with his computer a bit, and spent a bunch of time at the Apple Store for their workshops.... it's was a 7 month decision. I still have my PC as well, as there is software I have only available for that OS. For the most part I like the Mac... I'm about 70-30 on it.

I'll second handbrake. but as you've sold your soul to Apple more than I have, I don't know about connecting to the AppleTV ;)

I know Matt mattpup uses handbrake to rip movies for viewing on his ipod touch. You may want to ask him about it. I'm having ripping issues myself..
