It's totally cool how you aimed the whole fic at Daniel asking Jack to wear the gloves. Hot mission fantasy whoooo! And I adore that exchange at the end. Jack's reaction to Daniel's erection is so longtime-partner of him -- easygoing and tolerant right alongside the smirk -- and Daniel's so to-the-point and perfectly Daniel. And of course Jack has a request too! And now Daniel can get his work done. Win-win-win. :-) :-)

Eep, your comment replied to the main entry instead of to the comment of the person who posted. Any chance you could re-post your comment to the writer so they'll be sure of seeing it? Ooooooh, post-ascension fic! There's such sweetness and tenderness in this. I love that this is rediscovery for Daniel, and reassurance from Jack and a reaffirmation of what they still mean to each other.

Oh it works all right. The fact that he and Daniel are engaged in this together changes the tone of the voyeurism. Jack as still voyeur but with this scenario Daniel is an exhibitionist, even if he's only showing off for Jack. So, you've got two kinks going, all infused with love and concern.
