Oh man. That's horrible. And you know, your boss isn't supposed to just dismiss your feelings like that. You shouldn't let this go. It's not right to call someone's "too sensitive" and brush off unwanted grabbing as "touchy-feely." Your boss is crappy. I suggest going above her to her boss and telling him/her about both the boss and the insane lady. That is harassment and no one should have to put up with that. There's got to be someone you can tell these things to. The boss above her or even the one above that person. 'Cause that b/s that they're pulling is just that- b/s. Ugh. People make me sick sometimes.

I know it's crappy. But it happened like a week or two ago. And I'm not exactly sure who to go next. I have supervisors (the bosses) but I'm not sure who the direct supervisor above them is. Or maybe I should talk to HR. I don't know
I don't know. I'm so confused. I've had to talk to my boss a few times about things that have happened (I've only been here since April) At first she was very helpful, but now it's like she's annoyed with it. The first time I mentioned something I told her I was a little sensitive, but now I think that's all she thinks when I come into the door.
I don't know. If I have to stay here, I don't want to make bad blood. I have to deal with them two days out of the week. I already get a headache everyday now. I'm too stressed, not by the job but the people. And you should see my face! I've got bumps all over my face! It's like I'm 13 all over again. wow my head hurts

A week or two ago, that's still pretty close. I'd suggest going to HR. They might at least be able to tell you where to go, if not help you.
If you're staying there, telling someone about it won't 'cause bad blood. It'll get the problem dealt with (hopefully)... 'cause you're not a doormat and you don't deserve to be treated as such. You shouldn't be this stressed out by your job. AND when you talk to whomever you need to, you can ask that they don't say your name to the parties involved just 'cause you don't want to make things worse for yourself.
No one ever has to put up with harassment. That's one of the reasons the bosses are there. If you don't tell someone, then they'll keep this behavior up... not only with you, but with other people after you.
aww.. i <3 you! Don't take bull crap off of anyone Tiffy. If some lady grabbed my arm, I'd tell her to take her arthitic hands off of me that instant. She has no right to grab you... period. And.. you should never deliver any of your weaknesses to your boss.. never tell them anything bad about yourself, unless you spin it into a positive. If you have a weakness, let them find out on their own.. keep a journal of all of this crap too. also, one last thing.... it's only a job. it ain't worth getting worked up over. be above it all, because in the end, you'll always be able to look back and say... I'm glad that I handled it that way...
