Anyone taking applications?
I'm so sick of this job. My part-Time job. That was supposed to be made full -time in the past recent recent weeks.
The lady that came back from medical leave infuriated me yesterday. She's like a 50 yr .old woman. I thought she would be nice and knowledgeable and help me out, but she's got some grudge against me. And I have no idea what I did to her.
A week or so ago she yelled at me and grabbed my arm. She wouldn't let me go. Harassment trainging (back in March) told me that I should go to my boss and let her know what happened.
Here's what she said. If she yelled at you, I can tell her to work on that. You gotta stop being so sensitive though.' and when I told her about grabbing my arma nd not letting me go, she said 'she's a touchy feely kinda person' touchy feely is one thing, but grabbing someone and not letting them go when they request it is another.
And yesterday, after doing ads all day, I notice that she has a post it note on her computer with my name on it. I look at it and it says "tiffany 8:55 Tuesday" She's writing when I come in in the morning!!!!! IT's none of her business! As long as I do my 8 hours (I'm part time) then I'm fine. The only ones I'm told to report to are my two supervisors! That made me so mad. And I took a 1/2 hour lunch to make up for coming in late. And that same said day, she made the other girl we work with switch her lunch with hers and then proceeded to take a 2 1/2 hours lunch break. So who's calling the kettle black here?
And for the cherry on top of the cake. The day she grabbed my arm was because we had done the same ad. so yesterday I see that the same thing happened. I looked it up. I did the ad at 10 in the morning yesterday and then at 11:20 later that morning, she re-did and charged him $100 tooo much! What the heck. I showed her this morning so that I could gloat and she just acted like it was my fault again!!! She did it AFTER I did.
uggg, I'm soo infuriated. If someone could post some positive things, that's be great.
I'm going to go back to staring at my computer waiting for something to do.
