Thank you so much, Jo! You really got me thinking - which I thought I'd already done - a lot - about the purpose of this section. Which got me thinking about other sections... That's why I love Teachers Write. :-)

Hi,I know I'm way to late for feedback, but I still wanted to post that I appreciate your post. Loved the line at the end that every word and description needs to earn their place on the page. Good one to remember. I'm not sure that I've accomplished that here, but I will keep working on it ( ... )

Sorry to post late. I love this prompt and will save it for later. I can write this weekend and hope to get to know my character better using your suggestions. I remember practicing something similar last year in TW, and wow, what a difference in made in the depth of writing about that character. I hope you have a great week!
