iTunes doesn't carry any of the soundtracks currently. :( I know because I really wanted to buy them. But noooooo.... I had to acquire them (well, actually only the miniseries soundtrack) by "other" means.

I know! Isn't that stupid? I mean they carry far inferior soundtracks, that's not cool. Personally, I have season 1 and 2 (I think I got them from Amazon, though I have 'acquired' other albums similarly), but not the miniseries or season 3.
