In this article by Kristin, Neal McDonough plays off the Cain-DG chemistry as paternal-platonic...I will once agree with Kristin when she said this, "As for Cain-DG, um, la-la-la, we can't hear you." It was romantic chemistry and I won't be convinced otherwise!

Oh, please. Obi-Wan/Padme is about as platonic as... Oh, well. NOT PLATONIC. And definitely not paternal. Qui-Gon/Padme *maybe* was paternal. Doesn't stop me from shipping them either.

In conclusion: I need to watch Tin Man :D. I'll get back to you about DG/Cain then :)

HAHA! I like ObiDala from SWI, so NOT platonic. I think that the thing that clinched Obi-Wan/Padme was Revenge of the Sith novelization. It was ridiculous...I see Qui-Gon & Padme being paternal.

Yes, you do...hopefully you'll like Cain/DG, but it'll be ok if you don't. As long as you like the show...

My insomnia + our Obi-Wan/Padme talk = a sudden urge to read fic for them.

That's why I cleverly don't read the novelisations. They break my brain.

So do all other SW books, though, and I definitely read them because I have this insane fear that if I stop, I'll miss the good ones, like X-wing novels... Wow, is it 10 years since the X-wing novels? *sighs* I miss my Wedge.

I'm in the process of downloading Tin Man :D. With my connection it will take a while, but getting there. :)

The novelization was surprisingly shippy in terms of Obi-Wan/Padme...

I try to read the SW books, but I am VERY far behind. I just don't have the time...my To Read list is getting so long, I can't wait for winter break!

Are you downloading it as one big thing or are you downloading the 3 episodes separately?
