*hugs* I'm glad you did buy them. I was gonna buy you 'Eclipse' but then I thought there might be other books you wanted as well. I hope you had a great birthday!

Really? Cool...though, can you tell me, is there a romantic thread in the book? I can't tell from reading the back and flipping through the pages.

Anyways, yeah, it was just one of those books that my eyes were just instantly drawn to. I can't wait to get started on it, though I am afraid that'll be after I read Eclipse.

YES! Kartik and Gemma, and it goes through the trilogy. The second book is Rebel Angels, and the third, which comes out in December, is The Sweet Far Thing.

A Great and Terrible Beauty is wonderful. It's a great book, but I like the second one even more. It has more Kartrik/Gemma moments

That was too much money to spend on someone's birthday presents.

Anyway, LOL @ at that story. Friends, huh? They seem real nice though! Going nutty on yer B-Day. Awww!

Also, happy super-belated B-day! So glad it was fun! Also, gorgeous layout!

Hee!

I love my friends. Though I don't think I have ever flailed in public until then.

Thank You. Belated is ok, it's the thought. *hugs layout* Isn't awesome and ironic with my cynical LJ title? I adore it.

You know...I woud mind sending that on someone else. But watching someone send that much for me, in front of me made be feel so greedy and selfish. D:

However. I really love my gifts so I am lad they bought them. And now I feel greedy all over again.

Wow... you're a much better person than I am, I love getting gifts. But then I usually try to get my friends nice gifts in return, so I guess it all kinda works out. But I'm glad you had fun on your birthday. XD

I like getting gifts as much as the next person. :) I just didn't like seeing the money spent infront of me. It made feel terribly selfconcious, and a bit greedy.

They'll be getting truly awesome gifts now.
