Potential Good Use for Myspace: Is Possible?

Pretty much every band, performer, and live music venue that I have any interest in has a Myspace page. Some performers have abandoned the whole website idea and are exclusively on Myspace. I figure a Myspace account would be a great way to bookmark all these different groups and performers as well as track down new performers I'd enjoy.

If those calendars have an RSS feed, then you could load them into an RSS aggregator like Google Reader, or a Protopage.

I wish there were bands on Google Calendar for this reason. Little known fact: you can search for events on Google, but I've never gotten anything but a few super-specialized community-based things.

I got myspace mostly to able to search the bands but also because my daughter and younger family members are on it. I don't update much but I stalk the shit out of my loved ones.
