You know, shiny Pachirisu is just so flippin' adorable. Do you play them in-game? And aw, you like Nincada? ♥ I keep trying to chain these days, but since learning to RNG it's been a fairly useless process, lol.

Shiny Pachrisu was actually my first and only successful chain, but I have been trying for Mareep for ages now. Highest I got was a chain of 38, then it broke. I nearly cried. I actually have a spare Pachirisu I chained if you wanted to trade?

I wwould love to trade, but my wireless is down and out. I have to actually get the disc for the usb connector loaded onto the desktop computer I have, to trade at home at the moment. Eventually my friend and I are going to go to the BK Lounge and do an epic day of trading and drinking water I suppose, so we won't be loitering - hopefully by then I'll have something chained. If you still have it by then we could definitely trade, though! I'd love a shiny Pachirisu. I tried to chain Mareep before ... it didn't go well. 38 is a damn awesome score, though, so kudos to you!

Once I accidentally chained-- I was looking for as many fodder pokemon I could gather to do a big trade-off so I could restart Diamond, so I used the poketch for fun and caught 45 regular Sentret, and one shiny one. That was the ONLY TIME that ever worked in my favour, and I didn't even really want a Sentret. It's pretty damn cute though ( ... )

Accidentally chained 45 Sentret. Pfffft. I am going to keep trying with Mareep, though, because who can resist those little pink bundles of lurve. As for what I was looking for, I am not really fussed, but I do already own a Shinx (as you can see). I'm sort of leaning towards Hoppip because pink Jumpluff is pretty, but really, I will probably take whatever you have caught multiples of. Thankyou.

I came and had a look at your list because I'm a nosy parker. And I just have one question for you... *narrows eyes*

What beacon of magical wonderment would I have to conjure up if I were angling to get my grubby mitts on that Carvanha of yours? 8D

Funnily enough I had a look at your trade list a while ago and I saw a shiny Seviper. Do want. Are any of your spares female? <3

D'oh, I can't believe I forgot to put the genders on the info page! Thanks for that, I've fixed it now XD

Also, I have failed in my quest D: All my Sevipers except for my personal one are MALE. D:< The Pokemon games should totally introduce back-alley gender realignment surgery.

That's cool, it can just be a gender confused Seviper. Can I grab the Naughty natured one? I'll think of a name for him (her) and let you know. The Carvanha is female, by the way, but my DS is at home and I'm at university at the moment so I can't give you the nature/personality.

Ohh, where did you get these lovely shiny Box icons? The last time I checked the internet, they didn't exist. I wish they appeared like this in the game...

Your collection is very pretty, as usual!

I ninja'd them from: http://vdexproject.net/

It's only temporary. I can't host them on my own photobucket because that's tied to my flavours.me professional art website. Until I can get my own designed and launched, that is. But this way is a lot cleaner and simpler than using the full sprites. And thankyou! It's growing quite nicely. I am going to start my own chaining adventures in Platinum too, soon!

They're more recognizable, too. Some of the overworld sprites can be a little confusing depending on the angle.

I'll have more time to investigate this website when I'm not running out the door to get to work, but in the meantime I hope you don't mind my asking a question or two: do you have to sign up to get access to those sprites? And where are the sprites kept? I don't see any category that feels like it would fit them.

Also, it's nice to chat with you again. :) Good luck with your chaining adventures!

You don't have to sign up to get access to the sprites for what you want, but I play on the site. It's a pokemon adventure/collecting game and they have special events every so often, like right now you can find alternatively coloured "Valentine's Vulpix". I think the owner of the site must've coloured them by herself to show other players you have shinies even if it's just the mini party images. Here's my current party on the game:

I could RNG you one if you have a shiny to offer in return? It has to be legit, though.

All of the pokes in my collection (and the ones I trade) are legit. I don't use an AR or Pokesav, so the pokemon I use are completely legit and therefore pass any legitmacy checker.

RNGing uses a computer based reporter to find a "seed" where Shiny Pokemon can be hatched. It's complicated. Many people don't see RNG'd pokes are completely legit because it's taking advantage of the game's programming, but i'll leave that for you to decide. Let me know!
