You don't have to sign up to get access to the sprites for what you want, but I play on the site. It's a pokemon adventure/collecting game and they have special events every so often, like right now you can find alternatively coloured "Valentine's Vulpix". I think the owner of the site must've coloured them by herself to show other players you have shinies even if it's just the mini party images. Here's my current party on the game:
Just exchange "growlithe" for whatever poke you want, and to get the shiny version add an "s" after the name. So in this case it's "growlithes". Another example would be "swablus". There are some exceptions like rotom where you have to write "rotom-normals" but they are frew and far between. I hope that's explained it!
