Courtesy of lillypond, Which historical lunatic are you? lillypond was William John Cavendish Bentinck-Scott, the fifth Duke of Portland. I seem to be Charles the Mad.

Hmm. I seem to have affinity with Caligula; how boring. More interesting is the sidebar ad for urinal cakes. Fading in and out, difficult to ignore, with the lovely titlement of 'Wee on this....'

Just call me Charlie.

A severe fever was fended off with oranges and pomegranates in vast quantities, but you succumbed again in 1422 and died. Your disease was most likely hereditary. Unfortunately, you had anywhere up to eleven children, who variously went on to develop capriciousness, great cruelty, insecurity, paranoia, revulsion towards food and, in one case, a phobia of bridges.

Strangely enough, I had a severe fear of bridges when I was a child. It was the weird moaning noise they make when you drive over the grates.

I'm with lillypond.

"You are William John Cavendish-Bentinck-Scott, the Fifth Duke of Portland!"

And I point out the following, which I read with considerable glee:

"You built another tunnel, this time to the railway station, through which you would ride your carriage. When you reached the station your carriage, with you inside, would be hoisted up onto the train in its entirety."

I could live with that.
