On reordering your morning routine kproche December 3 2013, 18:26:03 UTC
Hey Jay --

My trainer strongly urged me to shift things so I get one to two hundred calories of complex carbs about 30 minutes before I exercise. I usually opt for steel-cut (Irish style) oatmeal, because I need the fiber, too.

I then have the other half of my morning calories after the cooldown-stretch-shower-come back down part of the routine is over.

Using your influence farmgirl1146 December 3 2013, 20:49:00 UTC
I sincerely urge you to use your influence to promote single payer insurance. Vermont has created one: the motto is "Everybody In Nobody Out." I am certain that it is not perfect and not even the best, but it's better than what exists now. I know that the ERISA issues might not be completely solved by such a scheme, but those can be handled separately.

I know that you have way too much on your plate right now. I read your blogs/posts/essays.

One other note: have you considered the HIV treatment for cancer? I can find the article on it if you don't know about it.

I hope today is better than yesterday, and so on.
