Against my better judgement, we decided to take down the crappy wallpaper in our kitchen. We wanted to remodel it, but that was going to be a couple years off. So we were just going to paint and change some hardware. Nothing is ever easy in this house though. Pulling off the thick vinyl wallpaper exposed some termite damage

Ha! Tell me about it. I was without a kitchen for over three months. It wasn't pretty. But the result is always worth it. Look forward to doing dishes in the shower! I feel your pain.... *hugs*
