Garden Tour #2

I'm blaming crediting enomis57 (who credited ladybracknell) for this picspam. Thanks to both of them I've discovered (and downloaded) a nifty photo-taking app for my iPhone called 'Hipstamatic'.

***WARNING***
IT'S ADDICTIVE. I MAY FORGET TO EAT OR SLEEP OR FEED THE CHILDREN. I'M BUSY, OKAY?

Flowers first...

I've had that app on my phone for a week now, and have yet to play around with it! One of my friends is addicted to it.

I actually can't see the purple flowers well enough to tell you what they are! I'd need to see the leaves. My first guess was lavender, but I'm sure you know what that looks like, and they blooms are far too full anyway!

Gorgeous flowers, and the veggies look great! THE EXCITING TIME IS COMING! The veggies are here! Eeee!

OH! Take it to your garden plot and take artsty garden photos! It makes everything look better, lol. You couldn't even see the weeds, could you?

I'll have to post a close-up of those purple flowers...I'm sure someone would know what the hell they are.

THE EXCITING TIME IS COMING
Lol. It's like this every summer---we wait, and wait, and wait---and then everything EXPLODES!

Your garden (flowers and veggies) is beautiful! :) This year I haven't posted any photos of my garden since we planted everything. I should try to post some today. Mine won't be as pretty as yours though! ;)

I saw your early garden shots---you've got more things planted this year, right?

It's definitely easier to garden here compared to San Antonio (last garden). We've got a short season but everything else is good--soil, temperature, etc. And no fire ants! Everytime the Hubby and I go outside we thank God for that, lol.

Gorgeous colours and it makes me want to come and see your garden! (Obviously, if you need a hand picking blackberries later on, just say. ;P) Am very impressed at all the veg you've got going on there.

Guard bunny wins hands paws down for the cutest pic. That nose!

That photo app makes the garden into a work of art---lots of fun!

I've got my fingers crossed for the berry crop. Last year I had mostly raspberries but this year the blackberry vines are taking over. I'm thinking pies...mmmmmm.

Sugar Rabbit has been enjoying the garden produce---she gets the trimmings from the peas, herbs, etc.

Speaking of berries, do you have those wild black raspberry thingys where you're at? I braved poison ivy yesterday to pick some on the edge of my property. Very yummy.

If you ever want some plants we could meet-up and I can dig some up for you---I've got lots!

My grandpa has some blackberries. Truth be told, I'm glad his house hasn't sold yet. I can still go over and pick for another year! :-)

Another meetup would be fabulous- the plants would be an extra bonus, lol.

I HEART YOUR GUARD RABBIT. And I really want an iPhone right now.

GUARD RABBIT lives a live of leisure...lounging next to the air conditioning vents and begging for fruit and veggie scraps. Very spoiled.

And I am spoiled as well with my iPhone---today I got lost driving around and used the map app to find my way home again. :-)
