I think that, amidst all of the complete irrationality, is a failure to recognize that we all already are paying a price for the uninsured and underinsured in our communities. When people go on SSI or drop dead, leaving young kids or go to an emergency room, who do they think is picking up the tab?

Basically, people seem to be saying, "I've got mine and screw you."

This whole issue gets me so angry. Between those people deliberately spreading misinformation to get others riled up and those who don't think it's ridiculous to get shout people down about something they know nothing about it's a toss up which I want to strangle more. As for the Hitler thing, well, that's just so moronic it'd be laughable if there weren't such violent hate-filled people in this country just looking for more fuel and justification for wanting something happen to the President.
