I’ve been spending most of my hard earned money on fixing up my car. Just some things that I’ve been neglecting. $300 for two new tires, $25 for new rear brake pads, and I just spent $110 on two new axles. Going to tackle the axle replacement this weekend, it’s nice having money again since I got a better paying job.

Unfortunately, housemates tend to fall into the pattern of "Oh, someone else is doing this, so I don't have to."

I'd say the most important thing to do is to speak up and ask for help. You don't want to bitch at them for not helping up till now, because blatant guilt tripping is *usually* a bad motivator.

Another thing you can do is organize cooperative chore time. It's a lot easier to motivate yourself to do chores when you have a buddy helping you out and not just sitting around relaxing.

As for the CCNA, just study a little bit at a time. That can go a long-way in the end. You can then cram right before the test and it should stick better.

*Hugs*. Hope things get better for you! I think you should be proud of all the good stuff you're already doing. : >

Blegh, I'm just venting. Once I get full time with a raise I'm going to try to get my own apartment.

I've already made one pass-through of my study guide and I still need a lot of work. Just struggling with the time to study. :(

Jason, I just wanted to say that I really enjoy reading your posts. I wish you would post more often.

I hope things get better at home, and I hope that you see that girl again sometime soon, and remember to ask for her number. :)
