That's plain stupid, girl! You have absolutely to hydrate yourself... ¬¬
Because you aren't loosing fat but liquids. -_-

Aside that, I'm pretty much ok with these tips, specially because I follow some myself in my everyday life =D

boxers often hold back on water to make the weight, it's part of the common weight control they usually do. They even sit in a sauna to sweat out excess water.

This made me think of that "new" boxing movie that came out. Well, it isn't new now. It took place in New Jersey or something. Oh, and Million Dollar Baby.

The type of exercise seems to be completely different. I highly doubt "Clench buttocks when walking" would be one of the tips they would give out...
