Miracle of miracles, the train was also early. Which actually meant less sleep, but it's not like I was sleeping in the first place. I have you on my Christmas card list, and I know how great you are at graphics, so I wonder if I could ask for some icons? I'm halfway through an epic of doom about the Lost characters as a rock band... and would love some help on the icon/banner front if you think you can spare the time. You know it's funny you should say that...the icon I'm using here is one of the pictures on my slideshow screensaver at work, and someone who's never seen Lost managed to see it the other day and asked who was the guy who looked like a washed up old punk rocker, meaning Ben!

So out of interest, is that how Ben features in your fic?

Also, I've been thinking about your whole username connection thing (not a stalker, I promise!), and I realized that I'd always thought you took your name from Springsteen--either Janey Don't You Lose Heart, or Spirit in the Night (which is SUCH AN AWESOME SONG and when I saw him this summer he started it lying down and the camera was zoomed in and it did very excellent things).

That's just a sidenote. The end.

OK, but seriously now, if you're taking requests still some icons would be AWESOME! Basically, if you can combine Springsteen with any of my favorites (Roland, Desmond, Sawyer), I would just love it. From there I leave it to your inspiration!

OMG he did the same thing when I saw him, too! It was delightful. It was TOTALLY delightful. And if Bruce had come before JBJ in my music epiphany I'd probably be Janey or Mary now ;) but I love my name since not only it's also in an Aerosmith song but it's also similar to that Janey he seems to like a lot ;)

Oh, I can TOTALLY do that. And I'd be more than happy to comply. -nods eagerly- I definitely will do!
