I had an idea for a short story. Want to write it for me?
Two people in a hospital room. There's a curtain separating them and they are both confined to bed so they never see each other. They are bored so they end up talking and sharing their life stories. One ends up going into cardiac arrest and everyone rushes in to defibrillate them but it's too late. The story might end here, and it might end with dead person donating the organ that saves live person's life. I'm not sure. What I want it to convey is realizing the connection you can make with someone when you're both going through something hard, even if you would never have associated with them otherwise. Maybe I should just write it. But you are good at writing things so if you want to you can.
