I go under the knife today. Nothing major or awe inspiringly terrifying, but still I sit here getting anxious. Daft thing is I'm less worried about the actual operation, but more worried about getting the "hospital protocol" wrong and causing trouble for everyone. Well I didn't get the lead curator role that I wanted, not such a huge suprise but the reason they gave pisses me off. Apparently I didn't have enough experience with the queue to be considered lead material. I was fine with this and understood it perfectly...till i discovered that the other guy had got the job.
