I have just had an interesting time on LJ thanks to a posting made on a Buddhist group site, in relation to the media withdrawing the image of the "falling man". I always have felt uncomfortable with the fact the people who chose to jump were essentially commiting suicide due to the horror of the situation they were in, whether consciously or out ( Read more... )

and to comment on my own comment any of the "words" associated with any culture can of course be turned into something constructive and can be seen as a unique strength rather than something to fight and object and obstruct against..

thanks for your birthday wishes, you're the best :) x as you probably guessed I'm not on this system these days, much at all. today I guess is a special day and pulling together all of the past so I can move forward in leaps and bounds again. I guess it's been happening anyway, but pretty much had head injury last 3 years so it's been a lot slower!! how's things for you?
