BOILING ROCK PARTS 1 AND 2 SPOILERS. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Maaan, everyone was going on and on about how much shipping was in this episode. I just didn't see it.
I think if it weren't for all the wank I've read, I'd be more hyped up for this episode.
Either way, this is a v. quotable episode. I love it. :D

You think the ninja-ing will be next episode? That's kind of weird that Zuzu has bonding episodes with the "water tribe peasants" two episodes in a row.
I LOVED the riot. HEY! RIOT! -- YEAAAH!!!
Also, I don't think Bryke will ever kill off Katara. Just what I think. ::le shrug::
Also, I WANT MORE TOPH! :D

On the 'abuse of the word love' thing - I do agree that it's a bit odd how they fall in love so quickly, but they're only teenagers. Boyfriends and girlfriends always think they're soulmates, but they're usually never right.
D: I hope Katara doesn't die. If anyone sacrifices themself for Zuko, I'm hoping Iroh (because that's just so in-character for him) or Mai... Or Aang, but that could cause massive complications, so I won't go there. >.>
Also, the thought that the prison guy might have a connection to the next episode is pretty interesting. Either way, I'm excited to see ninja!Zutara. 8D

That was my exact reaction. And I would love it beyond all reason if Toph killed herself to save Zuko, because they are my platonic OTP.

* Now, mind you, I hate Maiko with the fiery passions of a thousand burning suns, but I liked the Maiko in this. They didn't make out. And ZUKO LOCKED HER IN A CELL ZOMGLOL!"
I reacted like that too, but I'm slightly okay with Maiko now-mostly because I thought Mai was super kickass in this ep and made up for her boringness.
But yeah, people in Avatar do say 'love' too quick.

The brothers-in-law idea just makes me smile like crazy.
