The past seven years have been a blur. I've completely jaded myself straight through the "best years of my life" and now, looking at the world through a cynical eye, I find anger dwelling deep inside of me at the stupidity of society and humanity in general.

Upon opening my eyes this morning, I awoke to an intense pounding coming from all directions. There were only two things it could be; either it was a turrential downpour outside my bedroom window or I had a splitting headache so intense that it made the room bend and swirl. It's funny how your mind works when you have insomnia.
