I'm always amazed at how you can write several other stories and when you come back to this one, it's like you've never left it. I love the "Cooplee" family you have created. The three of them together are perfection. I hate that Ashlee is having doubts....but Coop will put those fears to rest soon..... I hope. Definitely worth the wait as always. *hugs*, laceytree

First day back to school and I couldn't see if you had posted anything new until I had gotten home...I was so excited to see a new chapter of Promise!! And, I loved it of course!

It is so sweet that Coop and Brandon went bald together, a special touch for sure, my bro-in-law was pretty much bald when he had chemo so we didn't notice much of a difference with his hair!! :) And I so love the fact that Brandon is in the know about the engagement and I am anxious for Ashlee to find out! As you said before, our imagination makes things much worse than they really are.

And my favorite line of this chapter is when you refer to the camera making a capture sound!! Wonderful description of capturing moments in time! Thanks so much Super-Jai! You made my day! Hugs! Austyn

Happy first day back to school...wait are we happy about this? *laughing* Yay, I'm so thrilled you liked the chapter. *happy dance*

I loved when John/Coop had no hair. *laughing* I think I was the only one, but I thought he looked hot. When I thought about Brandon losing his hair this was just a natural thing to me. Coop and Brandon are becoming so close and in my head it would be something they would do together. Ashlee will be floored when she finds out what Coop's been up to. *laughing* Poor girl is worrying herself into knots over nothing.

I think this may be my favorite chapter of this story so far. I just loved everything about it. I adore the Brandon/Coop interaction. I can't wait for the proposal, poor Ashlee is worrying herself for nothing. I'm anxiously awaiting the next chapter. *hugs*
