I'm sitting in Ri-Ra's in Killarney - and I hate to say it -but the place could use a make-over, but still, I love typing from here. I actually had to log on and do work today in Killarney! When will it leave me alone

Wow! I've been to Blarney Castle, and we actually kissed the stone!

Coming back down was kind of hell, though... Trying to walk down those little tiny stone steps that are steep as hell and too close together - I kept feeling like I was going to fall. I know I was giving my husband a very hard time, clinging to him and nearly having a nervous breakdown. But I took a lot of photographs and enjoyed the grounds and the little shops nearby quite a lot. There were some musicians out front playing a harp and a lute and a flute - I wonder if they still play there.

I have to say the stairs down were part of the reason I chose not to go up. I do not do well on those types of stairs. There were no musicians out playing on the day we were there - but we did get there late.

The ice cream was wonderful though!
