I'm glad to hear you're in counseling, cause its good to be able to talk to a neutral party about things (friends are cool, but sometimes we all need more). Also, if you want some good books to just mediate to I can lend you some. One is the "Tao te Ching" which is like a nice collection of commen-sense sayings, and the other is "Be Here Now" which I've read many a time. In either case, I wish you luck in what you do.
