Update.

I'm going to create a new tangible journal to keep track of my anxiety--physical and emotional--and ways to deal with it. Like coping mechanisms, lists, what works and what doesn't.
I may do another livejournal, too.

My counseling appointment went well today. I really like my counselor.

Another thing I'm really going to work on is eating better. And not feeling so guilty using my parents money to buy food. (My mom does tell me not to feel guilty and is happy to fund my eating.)
I want to go to the coop today.

I want to get a couple books from amazon.com, too.
And keep listening to classical music. Plus do sitting meditations and/or focus on breathing each day.
I can do that for 5 or 10 minutes during chapel each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I miss my mom. I think I get to see her this weekend!
It will be nice next time I get to see the babies, too!

I want to be more creative, too. Like with scrapbooking (nothing too fancy, just putting stuff together with old pictures and whatnot) and photo albums. And even coloring books if I need to feel creative.!

Plus lists to keep things in order.

Yay lists!

I'm not looking forward to lab tomorrow.
I haven't even finished lab from last week. Not the lab report, the lab!
Oh well. It will work out.

P.S. I think my chemistry test went pretty well today!
