Many years ago I had five cats -- just like now. They were Scotty, Geordi and the Marx Brothers. The Brothers were two black and white tuxedos and a fluffy charcoal grey tux: Groucho, Chico and Harpo. Harpy was the grey one. ...incidentally, I saw the title of your post and my brain now has the "Chico and the Man" theme playing on continuous repeat. Which probably indicated exactly how OMG OLD! mature I am.

Ha! "Chico and the Man" is exactly what I was thinking of when I chose that title. I am just as OMG OLD! mature as you. Maybe maturer-er-er.

I can't begin to imagine how the mouse and cat set up their friendship or truce or whatever. That's one brave mouse, especially considering the size of the kitty paws a few inches from him. What a sweet pic.

I think maybe Geordi damaged him somehow when he caught him. :( A better thought is that the mouse was brave and decided that cat food was just too tasty to pass up.

Good thing I was able to take pictures. Not many people believe the story, unless they see the proof. I got a new printer this summer with a scanner, and finally got around to scanning the pics.

I'm going to go with the mouse with brave, even though I should know better. And even though I don't like mice.

Scanners are cool! They're also very handy. I scan tons on mine (receipts that I'm sending for benefits reimbursement, etc.)
