Disappointment
I put off signing up for facebook for a long time, but I finally did because I found someone from my past that I'd been looking for for years. Unfortunately, they haven't responded to my messages, and apparently declined my friend request. Why do people not know whether they are in the city limits or not? It's fairly simple; if you pay city taxes, you're in. If you don't, you're not entitled to call for city services. That's the deal. Simple. Of course, I guess a bunch of these deadbeats don't pay any taxes anyway, so they wouldn't know that. *sigh* -
Reasonable Restrictions
