The last of season three

I'm terribly disapointed. Both because Last of the Time Lords was not as good as the previous season enders but it was also not as good as the episodes that immediatly preceded it.
Sound of Drums and Utopia were wonderful.
LotTL not so much. And the key of is the connecting point of the plot threads. How to save/deage the doctor and break the masters ( Read more... )

I was vastly disappointed as well. The aging of the Doctor smaked of 'we have far too much budget left, so let's turn him into Golem' - I hated that. And the saying his name bit at the end also pissed me off. If they'd taken the time to properly explain it, I could have been more on board with it. IF they'd taken the time to properly separate it out from prayer. Which they didn't. So, again, hated.

AND I was like you, I was sitting there with 'I do believe in fairies, I do, I DO' running through my head. Because, really...

I'm annoyed with the whole thing this morning, because I just found out who the next season companion's going to be and I already want to kill myself - or cry. Possibly crying would be a healthier option...

and see it wouldn't take that much to fix it.
change the masters dialog to "the power of words" prayer
The TARDIS gets the power up and shuts down/reverses the paradox.
[because the tardis is alive and has her own feelings about paradox]
Martha says "i'm good Brilliant." Doctor says "Yes you are."
Martha says "I'm leaving." Doctor is D:
and we strike the face of boe bit entirely along with all the old doctor bits.
because the world is better when it's bigger and there's more stuff in it.
If we must torture/subdue the doctor let us shrink him or turn him into a puppet complete with strings.
Also clean up Jack. There is no reason he's the only person with a dirty face.
Get rid of the maid costumes. Heck put the Jones on display in chains and cages. the Master seems to like looking at his prizes.
