Bicycles are considered vehicles. Cyclists are supposed to obey all traffic laws that cars follow, but there are a TON of people who don't know that. Living in the country, you probably won't come across a cop who will ticket you for not stopping at a stop sign. Here in the city, you can bet your britches they will-- they've been known to hand out tickets the first week or so at the University. The helmet thing might be an Arizona law.

... I just can't believe a kid would pull the race card. That kinda BS starts at home.
